By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms. They are written to be fair and readable — if anything is unclear, message us before ordering.
1. Who we are
Sio Dhago .Co is the crochet studio of Kala Kendra, operating from Birtamod, Jhapa, Nepal. Contact: WhatsApp +977 9705461911, TikTok @birtabuy.com.
2. Handmade, made to order
- Every piece is crocheted by hand after you order. Making time is usually 2–5 working days, plus delivery time.
- Handmade means small variations in stitches, shade, and size are natural — they are part of the craft, not defects.
- Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colours can look different on different screens.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Nepali Rupees (Rs / NPR) and may change at any time — the price shown when you place your order is the one that applies.
- Payment is by cash on delivery, eSewa transfer, or as agreed with us on WhatsApp. eSewa orders are made after we confirm your order and payment.
4. Order confirmation
Placing an order on the website is a request, not a completed sale. We confirm every order on WhatsApp (or by phone) before we start crocheting. If we cannot reach you within 7 days, or an item cannot be made, we may cancel the request.
5. Delivery
- We deliver across Nepal. Delivery in Birtamod is free; charges for other places are agreed during confirmation.
- Delivery times depend on the courier and your location and are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Changes, cancellations and returns
- You can change or cancel an order free of charge any time before we start crocheting it (before its status shows "Being crocheted") — just message us with your order number.
- Because each piece is made personally for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind after it has been made.
- If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will repair, remake, or refund it.
7. Custom orders
Custom colours and designs are welcome. For custom work we may ask for an advance payment; details are agreed on WhatsApp before we begin. Sections 2–6 apply to custom orders too.
8. Fair use of the website
Please don't misuse the site — no false orders, no attempts to interfere with the shop or other customers' data. We may refuse service in cases of abuse.
9. Our content
Photos, text, and the Sio Dhago .Co name and logo belong to us. Please ask before reusing them commercially.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Nepali consumer law. Beyond what the law requires, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Nepal.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version published here when you order is the one that applies to your order.
