Sio Dhago .Co ("we", "us") is a small handmade-crochet business. We collect only what we need to make your order and get it to your door. This page explains exactly what that is.
1. What we collect
- Order details — your name, phone number, delivery address, city, and any note you leave (for example colour preferences), together with the items you ordered.
- Your shopping cart — kept only in your own browser (local storage), never sent to us until you place an order.
- We do not ask for passwords, email addresses, payment card numbers, or government IDs, and we do not run advertising trackers or analytics on this site.
2. How we use it
- To confirm your order (usually over WhatsApp on the number you give us), crochet it, and deliver it.
- To answer your questions about an order.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.
3. Where it is stored
Order information is stored securely in Google Firebase (Google Cloud) datacentres and is only accessible to the shop's administrators through a password-protected panel. Your tracking link contains a random code and shows only the order number and its progress — never your name, phone, or address.
4. Payments
We never handle card numbers on this website. Payment happens outside the site — cash on delivery, or an eSewa transfer that you make from your own eSewa account.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order records for our business accounts and warranty purposes. You may ask us to delete your personal details at any time (see below) and we will remove them unless we are required to keep them for legal or accounting reasons.
6. Your choices
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Simply clear your browser data to empty your cart.
7. Children
Our shop is intended for buyers aged 18 or over, or younger shoppers with a guardian's consent.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and its effective date.
